Complete Detail is a Full Detail plus two things most quick details skip: the engine bay on gas cars (or the front trunk on EVs) and spot buffing on light marks in the paint.

"Most booked" is simply the package customers choose most often. It is not the right pick for every car: if you do not care about the engine bay or small paint marks, a Full Detail does the rest.

Engine bay on gas cars: cleaned only when cool, air intake and exposed electrical parts covered, low-pressure water, steam or wipe-down
Front trunk on EVs: cleaned like the interior; high-voltage parts and charge ports never touched or sprayed
Spot buffing: machine polishing of small areas with light marks, only areas you approve

Full paint correction of whole panels or the whole car
Deep scratches that go through the clear coat (buffing cannot remove those)
Heavy stains, heavy pet hair, bug and tar removal, paint decontamination (Elite Restoration)

Price and timing

Price and timing.

The price depends on the size of the vehicle and its condition. We text you the exact price before anything is booked, and the price in your written confirmation is the price you pay. Larger vehicles (SUVs, trucks and vans) take more time and product, so size is part of the quote.

Timing: we confirm timing by text. We do not publish job lengths because they depend on the car and its condition. Requests start from tomorrow; there is no same-day booking.

A water tap only for some jobs. We tell you when we confirm; if we do not ask, you do not need one.
The car parked in a safe, legal, reasonably level spot with room to walk all the way around it.
The car unlocked or the keys available. You do not have to be home, and we never drive your car.

What does spot buffing actually fix?

Light marks in the clear coat on small areas, such as a scuff or a light swirl patch. It is machine polishing of small areas you approve, not full paint correction. Deep scratches, chips and repainted or thin paint may not improve, and we may decline to polish an area. More about spot buffing.

Is engine bay cleaning safe?

We clean only a cool engine, cover the air intake and exposed electrical parts, and use low-pressure water, steam or wipe-down. We do not start your engine. Even with care, moisture can briefly cause a warning light or rough start, mostly on older vehicles. Engine bay cleaning is optional. Read the details.

My car is electric. What do I get instead of the engine bay?

On EVs we clean the front trunk like the interior and wipe the visible plastic covers. We never touch or spray high-voltage parts, charge ports or battery areas. EV and Tesla care.

Results depend on the age, condition and materials of the car. If something cannot be fully removed, we tell you.
