For high-value cars, special surfaces, heavy condition or anything that does not fit a package. Describe it, review it, then send it by text or email. We reply with an honest answer and an exact price, or tell you it is not something we do.

Boundaries

When a request needs review.

Some requests need a person to look at them before we say yes:

  • Heavy condition: pet hair, set-in stains, sand, tar or a car that sat for a long time.
  • Special surfaces: matte or satin paint, wraps, film, coatings, fresh paint or recent tint.
  • Unusual vehicles: classics, oversized vehicles, or anything with delicate or unknown materials.
  • A mix of services that is not one of our packages.

We will not take a job just because it was asked. If it is outside what we do, such as paint correction, coatings, film, tint, wraps, headlight restoration or odor treatment, we say so. Full list.

What never changes

What never changes.

  • No card needed to ask.
  • A request is not an appointment until we text you the service, vehicle, date, arrival window and price, and you reply to accept.
  • The price in that written confirmation is the price. We do not add a mandatory fee that was not in it.
  • If the car is in a very different condition when we arrive, or is a different or larger vehicle, we tell you before we start and you choose: approve the new price, have us do only the original work if possible, or cancel the visit with no fee. We never charge more than the price you approved.
  • Results depend on the age, condition and materials of the car. We cannot promise that every stain, scratch, swirl, odor or mark will come out, and if something cannot be fully removed, we tell you.

We do follow the same careful process on every car: hand methods, cleaners tested on a hidden spot, screens never sprayed, polishing only where you approve, and a written scope before we start.
