The easiest way to point a friend, neighbor or coworker to NOVA. Share our link or our real work. They reach out when they are ready, and we take it from there.
Four steps. No sign-up.
- Send them our link. Use the Share button above, or copy www.novadetailing.shop.
- They send a request with the request form or by text to (213) 700-8395.
- They mention you. On the form there is a "Referred by" box for your first name, or they can say it in their text.
- We say thank you. That is the whole program: no points, no rewards and no follow-up messages to you or them.
We never ask you for a friend's phone number or email, and we never message anyone who has not contacted us first.
Share the real work.
Every photo in these pages is a real NOVA job with plates blurred. Send the one closest to your friend's car.
Referral links for businesses we work with.
If NOVA has agreed to work with your business (a storage facility, a dealer, a photographer, a building manager), we can give you a link with a short code, like novadetailing.shop/refer?via=your-business.
- Requests that start from your link carry the code, so we know where they came from.
- The code is only a label. It never includes customer names, numbers or addresses.
- You never see your customers' requests, and they deal with NOVA directly.
- No codes are handed out automatically. We set one up after we talk.

Do you pay for referrals or give credit?
Not right now. Referring someone is a favor, and we are grateful for it. If that ever changes, it will be written on this page first.
Will you contact my friend?
No. We never ask you for anyone else's number or email. Your friend reaches out to us by text or the request form when they are ready.
What does my friend need to know?
We come to their home or office in Palo Alto and 14 nearby cities. They need an outlet near the car, and a water tap only for some jobs. No card is needed to request, and they pay after the job once they have seen it.
What does a referral code link do?
It adds a short label (for example via=acme-storage) to the request so we know which business sent it. It never carries names, numbers or anything personal, and the business does not see the request.
Already a customer?
If you were happy with your detail, a Google review helps neighbors find us. Only if you want to, and there is nothing in return.
