Your data and privacy choices

Plain steps for the choices described in our Privacy Policy. You never need an account, and nothing here costs anything.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages help people. Advertising features, ad personalization and Google signals are off. Your request form answers are never sent to Google Analytics.

Status: On

Your choice is saved in this browser only. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, analytics stays off. The site works the same either way.

See, correct, delete or get a copy of your information

Text (213) 700-8395 or email [email protected] and include:

  1. Your first name and the mobile number or email you gave us.
  2. What you want: a copy of your information, a correction (tell us what to change), or deletion.

To protect you, we reply to the number or email we already have on file to confirm the request came from you. Then we do it and tell you when it is done. Some records, such as completed service and payment records, may need to be kept for legal or tax reasons, as explained in Section 4 of the Privacy Policy. If so, we tell you what we kept and why.

Stop texts or emails

  • Texts: reply STOP to any NOVA text, or tell us any other way.
  • Emails: reply "stop" or "unsubscribe", or tell us any other way.
  • Offers are optional. Saying no to offers never affects a request or a service. See Text Messages.

Photos of your car

Ask us not to post photos of your vehicle, or to remove posted ones, by text or email. We remove posted photos within 2 business days. Plates and house numbers are blurred before anything is posted.

Stay safe from scams

  • NOVA texts only from (213) 700-8395 and emails only from [email protected].
  • We will never ask you to send a password or a sign-in code.
  • Not sure a message is from us? Text us at the number above before you reply or pay.

Report a security problem

If you find a security issue on this website, email [email protected] with the subject "Security report". Please describe what you found and how to see it, do not access or change anyone else's information, and give us time to fix it before sharing it. We are a small local business and do not run a paid bug bounty. Our security.txt has the same contact.
