Google only
We only ask for reviews on Google. We don't ask for reviews on other sites.
Reviews
Read them at the source.
We collect reviews on Google only, so you can read them unedited, with the reviewer's name and date, on a site we don't control. We don't copy or rewrite them here.
Did we detail your car?
We'd be grateful for an honest Google review, good or bad. It takes about a minute and helps neighbors decide.
We send every customer the same link. We never offer discounts, gifts or anything else for a review, and we never ask for only positive ones.
Something not right?
You can text us any time at (213) 700-8395. If something we cleaned isn't right, text within 48 hours and we come back to fix it at no charge.
That is separate from reviewing: you are welcome to review us either way, before or after we fix anything.
Our review rules.
The same rules for every customer, every time.

02
Nothing in return
No discounts, credits, gifts or entries for reviews. Ever.
03
Everyone gets asked
We don't filter who gets the link based on how the job went.
04
Nothing fake
No reviews written by us, by friends, or traded with other businesses. No made-up quotes on this site.
Prefer to see the work?
Every job in our gallery is a real NOVA job with real photos. Start with these.
