Full Detail.

What it is.

Full Detail is exactly the two core packages combined: everything in Interior Detail and everything in Exterior Detail, done in one visit.

It is also one of the two ways to start NOVA Monthly. Plans begin after a first Full or Complete Detail, so every plan visit starts from a clean car.

What's included.

• Everything in Interior Detail: vacuum, seats, mats, dash, doors, inside glass
• Everything in Exterior Detail: careful hand wash, wheels and tires, tire dressing
• One visit, one price texted before you book

What it is not.

• Engine bay or front trunk and spot buffing (included in Complete Detail, or add them on)
• Heavy stains, heavy pet hair, bug and tar removal, paint decontamination (Elite Restoration)
• Paint correction, coatings, sealant, tint, wraps or film

Price and timing.

The price depends on the size of the vehicle and its condition inside and out. We text you the exact price before anything is booked, and the price in your written confirmation is the price you pay. Larger vehicles (SUVs, trucks and vans) take more time and product, so size is part of the quote.

Timing: we confirm timing by text. We do not publish job lengths because they depend on the car and its condition. Requests start from tomorrow; there is no same-day booking.

How quotes work

What we need from you.

• An electrical outlet near the car, always.
• A water tap only for some jobs. We tell you when we confirm; if we do not ask, you do not need one.
• The car parked in a safe, legal, reasonably level spot with room to walk all the way around it.
• The car unlocked or the keys available. You do not have to be home, and we never drive your car.
