Electric cars get the same packages as every other car, with a few rules we always follow. On a Complete Detail, the engine bay step becomes the front trunk, which we clean like the interior.
Please unplug any charging cable before we arrive. We do not unplug a charging vehicle.

Price and timing
Price and timing.
The price depends on the package, the size of the vehicle and its condition. We text you the exact price before anything is booked, and the price in your written confirmation is the price you pay. Larger vehicles (SUVs, trucks and vans) take more time and product, so size is part of the quote.
Timing: we confirm timing by text. We do not publish job lengths because they depend on the car and its condition. Requests start from tomorrow; there is no same-day booking.

What we need from you.
- An electrical outlet near the car, always.
- A water tap only for some jobs. We tell you when we confirm; if we do not ask, you do not need one.
- The car parked in a safe, legal, reasonably level spot with room to walk all the way around it.
- The car unlocked or the keys available. You do not have to be home, and we never drive your car.

Which package should I pick for my Tesla?
The same as any car: Interior, Exterior, Full, Complete or Elite. On Complete, the front trunk replaces the engine bay. Use the chooser if you are not sure.
Do you clean the big center screen?
Yes, with a dry or lightly damp microfiber only. We never spray liquid on screens or touch controls.
What about light-colored vegan leather seats?
We clean them as part of the interior and test cleaners on a hidden spot first. Dye transfer from clothing may not fully come out; we tell you if something cannot be removed.
Results depend on the age, condition and materials of the car. If something cannot be fully removed, we tell you.
