The visit starts with a quick walk-around so we can point out anything you should know, then moves from the inside to the outside.
Cabins with light leather and wood
Many of these cabins pair cream, beige or gray leather with open-pore wood or gloss trim. Light leather shows denim transfer and hand marks on the bolsters and armrests. We clean it gently with mild products and soft brushes, and we never soak the seams.
Wood and gloss trim are wiped with clean microfiber and light pressure. Large dash screens are wiped with a dry or lightly damp microfiber, never sprayed. We do not offer leather conditioning, so you will not find greasy shine left behind.

Paint, wheels and the long hood
Dark paint shows water spots and fine marks in Peninsula sun. We hand wash with soft mitts and dry carefully to keep spots down. Light marks on small areas you approve can get spot buffing where the paint allows.
Multi-spoke wheels hold brake dust in every corner. We clean each spoke gap, the faces and as much of the barrel as we can reach, then dress the tires. If your car has a matte or designo-style satin finish, tell us first; we change methods and may skip buffing entirely.
Which package fits
The Complete Detail is a good fit for most Mercedes-Benz owners because it covers the cabin, the outside, the engine bay and spot buffing on light marks. Larger SUVs and vans are priced by size, which we text you before anything is booked.
We do not offer ceramic coating, sealants, waxing, paint correction or paint protection film.
