Mobile BMW detailing at home or work
BMW detailing with NOVA means a hand detail in your driveway in Palo Alto, Menlo Park, San Mateo or anywhere else we serve on the Peninsula. We have no tie to BMW. We detail these cars with the same care we give a family minivan, and we adjust only for the materials in front of us.
If it is easier, we can come to your office lot when your building allows it. You do not need to be with the car while we work; leave it unlocked or the keys where we agreed.
We also wash the outside by hand with soft mitts, clean the kidney grille openings where dust settles, and finish the glass inside and out.
Brake dust that comes back fast
Many BMW models shed noticeable brake dust, especially on lighter wheels. Left alone, it turns gray and sticks. We clean each wheel face and the gaps between spokes by hand, reach into the barrel where the design allows, and clean and dress the tires.
Owners who hate the gray film often move to NOVA Monthly so the wheels never get that bad between visits.
Piano-black trim and light leather
Glossy black trim around the shifter, the window switches and the pillars shows fine swirls and fingerprints. We wipe it with a clean, soft microfiber and gentle pressure so we do not add marks. Light marks already in the trim usually stay, since that is wear rather than dirt. Spot buffing applies to paint, not to interior trim.
Light-colored leather and leatherette pick up denim dye and smudges, especially on the driver's side bolster. We clean them carefully and tell you what lifted and what did not. We do not offer leather conditioning.

Which package to choose
The Complete Detail is the most booked choice for BMW owners: full interior and exterior plus the engine bay and spot buffing on light marks where the paint allows. A daily commuter on 101 or 280 may only need the Full Detail. We do not offer coatings, sealants, paint correction or film.
