Car detailing for holiday hosting is easiest when you book before the rush. November and December fill up with family visits, school breaks and airport pickups at SFO and San Jose. Our mobile team comes to your home on the Peninsula and cleans the car by hand, so you can cross it off the list without leaving the house.

Send your request early and mention when your guests arrive. We text back a day and arrival window, and the visit is booked once you confirm by text.

Getting the car guest-ready

Guests notice the back seat, the cargo area where their bags go and the smell of old coffee cups more than anything else. We focus on what they will see and touch:

Rear seats and seat-back pockets cleared and cleaned.
Cargo area vacuumed and wiped for luggage.
Cupholders, door pockets and the console cleaned.
Inside glass cleaned for clear night driving.
Outside washed by hand, wheels cleaned and tires dressed.

Winter weather and holiday driving

The rainy months bring road spray, wet leaves and muddy shoes. Floor mats take the worst of it, so we scrub them and vacuum the carpet underneath. A hazy inside windshield is common in cold, damp weather, and clean glass helps with fogging on early airport runs.

Holiday errands also mean shopping bags, spilled cider and pine needles from the tree lot. We vacuum needles out of carpets and seat seams, where they love to hide.

The Full Detail gets most cars ready for guests. The Complete Detail adds the engine bay and spot buffing on light marks, which some hosts like before a long holiday road trip. After the guests leave, a quick interior clean clears the crumbs and wrapping paper bits.

How early should I book for the holidays?

As early as you can. Holiday weeks get busy. Mention your guests' arrival in the request and we will confirm a day by text.

Can you clean the car while I am hosting?

Yes. You do not need to be with the car. Leave it unlocked or the keys where we agreed, and we text you when it is done.

Can you work in the rain?

Light rain is often fine, especially in a garage with waterless or rinseless methods. If the weather is too wet, we will text you to move the visit.

Do you clean child seats guests will use?

We clean around installed child seats and the seat beneath them if they are out. We do not deep clean the child seats themselves.

Can I book one detail now and one after the holidays?

Yes. Many people do a before and after. NOVA Monthly is another option if you want a regular slot.
