Will washing remove pollen stains?
Fresh pollen comes off easily during the wash. Pollen that has been rained on and dried many times can leave faint marks that washing alone may not remove.
Do you remove sap from the roof?
Fresh sap specks often come off during careful washing. Hardened sap can take more work, and we tell you what to expect first.
Can you wash a car parked under a tree?
Yes, though we may ask you to move it if sap or leaves keep falling during the wash. We never move the car ourselves.
Do you polish or wax after the wash?
No. NOVA does not offer waxing or polishing. Light mark spot buffing is available as an add-on or in the Complete Detail.
Can I set up washes on a regular schedule?
Yes. NOVA Monthly holds the same weekday and time every month or every two weeks.
