Can you get crumbs out from around car seats?

Yes. Seat tracks and the gaps beside the console are where most crumbs hide, and we vacuum and wipe those areas by hand as part of the Interior Detail.

My car has a lot of dog hair. Is that included?

Light hair is part of the normal vacuum. Heavy, woven-in pet hair takes much longer, so we quote it after you text a few photos.

Do I have to be home in Palo Alto while you work?

No. Leave the car unlocked or the keys where we agree, take out valuables, and we text you when it is done. You pay once you have seen the car.

Can you remove every stain on my seats?

Many everyday marks come out with careful cleaning. Old or deep stains may not fully lift, and heavy staining is quoted separately after photos.

Do you clean the inside of the windshield?

Yes. Inside glass is part of every Interior Detail, including the windshield haze that builds up from the dash.
