Can you detail my car while it is parked at my Sand Hill Road office?
Yes, if the building allows it. Put the lot, level and space in your notes, and we confirm by text. We never move or drive your car.
How do you handle coffee spills in the carpet?
We vacuum, then clean the area by hand. Fresh spills usually lift well. Older, set-in stains may fade without fully disappearing.
Do you clean car seats and booster seats?
We clean the vehicle seats and the areas under and around child seats. Tell us in the notes if you want child seats taken out and set aside while we work.
Do you offer odor treatment?
No. NOVA does not offer odor or ozone treatment. A thorough clean of carpets, seats and mats often helps a cabin feel fresher.
