Before we start, we walk around the car and note anything you should know, like an existing chip or a scuffed wheel, so there are no surprises later.
What Porsche owners tend to ask about
Most of the questions we hear are about wheels and paint. Large brakes leave dust that settles fast, and darker colors show every fine mark under the sun.
We clean wheel faces, barrels where reachable and calipers we can see, and we wash with soft mitts to avoid adding new marks. Spot buffing can soften light marks on small areas you approve, where the paint allows.

Many cabins mix smooth leather, suede-like fabrics and glossy trim. Each needs a different light touch. Suede-like surfaces are brushed and spot cleaned carefully, never soaked. Gloss trim is wiped with a clean, soft microfiber only.
If your car has matte or satin paint, tell us first. We adjust our methods and may decline some steps, like spot buffing, to protect the finish.
Which package fits
The Complete Detail is the usual pick: interior, exterior, engine bay and spot buffing on light marks. For the SUVs and sedans that work as daily drivers, the Full Detail on a regular NOVA Monthly slot keeps them steady. We do not offer ceramic coating, sealants, paint correction or paint protection film.
